across various stages of it’s life cycle.
2. “Linen Worth” is a textile manufacturer who wants to increase its footprint in Global
market and therefore wants to set up a manufacturing facility for fabrics and Apparel in
Bangladesh. They are carrying out a project for the same.
Establish a relationship between project management, operations management and
organizational strategy with reference to above mentioned project.
3. The following is the data available for a project:
a. Expected duration for the completion of the project. Calculate earliest and latest start
and finish times for each activity. (5 Marks)
b. Draw the network diagram for the project and determine the critical path.
