agency has been appointed as a PR Agency with a task to plan a PR campaign in detail

3. Prataap Snacks is an Indian based, leading Snack Foods Company. It offers multiple
variants of products across categories of Potato Chips, Extruded Snacks, Namkeen
(traditional Indian snacks) under the popular & vibrant Yellow Diamond brand. It
started in 2009 and within a span of five years became very popular across India.
Hiring skilled workforce was not a problem for Prataap Snacks due to popularity of the
brand name and attractive pay packages.
In 2020, in response to increased raw material cost, the company planned cost cutting.
The working hours were increased, increments were not given to the employees,
canteen facility was withdrawn, and use of air-conditioners was restricted. The
working conditions were very poor. There was restlessness amongst the employees.
